Next to the studio was the pressing plant. A giant man stoked a furnace. When the
pressure level reached critical level he threw a hunk of molten vinyl onto the platform.
He would then lower the master into this lump - voila: a 45. He was able to press
about 4 records before starting it all again. Both sides !
